What we can do to help you
There are lots of ways we can support you depending upon your needs.
Our overriding aim is to help you out of the circumstances you're in and help you build resilience and confidence, and to give you the tools to manage your life more effectively.
We can offer immediate hardship support by providing access to food vouchers and referrals for support with fuel vouchers.
The longer-term support we provide is based on your individual situation and we'll work with you to complete an initial assessment to help us understand your situation and support needs.
We can also make sure you’re given assistance, advocacy and support to access other services if you need them. For example, we can help you access mental health services, the Citizens Advice Bureau, local council services, housing support and the Unclaimed Benefits Campaign.
