Who is this service for?

If you're struggling with your mental health and finding it hard to cope then we're here to help you.

Our trusted and professional team can provide support for mild to moderate mental health conditions, including but not limited to:

  • depression
  • anxiety
  • panic attacks
  • stress
  • suicidal thoughts and feelings
  • confidence and self-esteem
  • social isolation
  • anger issues

To access our support you must be

  • aged 18+
  • living in Redcar and Cleveland

What can we do to help you?

Through 1-2-1 interventions, your Mental Health Practitioner will provide emotional and practical support to help you to manage your mental health and develop a range of coping strategies to improve your wellbeing. We can offer both face to face and telephone appointments.

We provide a safe environment for you to talk about what’s on your mind; working with you to achieve your personal goals by helping you to build a network of support and practical strategies for self-help (such as breathing techniques for panic attacks). 


Working at a pace that best suits you, we're able to adapt our approach to your personal needs as you progress on your journey towards better mental health.
