Thanks to the Buxton Movers Fund, Teesside Mind is launching a free 12-week beginners running group this July. No experience needed – just a willingness to give it a go!
What to Expect:
- Weekly sessions every Thursday evening in a local park
- Supportive, social environment led by qualified run leaders from Boro Runners
- Peer support in a small, friendly group
- A safe space where everyone starts at the same level
- Guidance, motivation, and all the essentials provided
