Doing less than 30 minutes of physical activity a week?

You're not alone – and we're here to help.

Thanks to the Buxton Movers Fund, Teesside Mind is launching a free 12-week beginners running group this July. No experience needed – just a willingness to give it a go!

What to Expect:

  • Weekly sessions every Thursday evening in a local park
  • Supportive, social environment led by qualified run leaders from Boro Runners
  • Peer support in a small, friendly group
  • A safe space where everyone starts at the same level
  • Guidance, motivation, and all the essentials provided
