The Connection Point is our dedicated information and enquiry service designed to help you access the right support for your mental health. 

Whether you’re looking for guidance, resources, or help understanding local services, The Connection Point is here to connect you to what you need. ​

It's a a pilot programme currently and we're still refining it to make sure it works as it should, so for now it's available at set times across the week. In the new year, we'll look to gradually increase it's operational hours until the team is available during all our service hours.

How we can help

We'll listen without judgement, guiding you to the appropriate services, empowering you with clarity, care and choice.​

The team is made up of trained volunteers who are dedicated purely to this service and making sure you're supported from the moment you reach out to us.

How does it work?
